Mike Harrison is both the founder and president of PCS and is currently overseeing the Executive day-to-day operations of Preferred Cabling Systems. He studied at FSU, where he gained both a degree and extensive knowledge in the field of electrical engineering. Mike soon became an early adopter of the fiber optic field, where he went on to become a leader while working with Will Tel Communications. Mike was also personally responsible in the late 1980's for implementing a continuous fiber optics network from California to the East Coast of the United States. Since then, Mr. Harrison has gone onto founding Preferred Cabling Solutions (PCS) in the early 1990's and has engineered, installed, and implemented Data Networks, Fiber Optics' Integration, and Security systems throughout the entire Western Hemisphere.

As Chief Financial Officer, Gary’s responsibilities span financial oversight, engineering integration, human resources, and legal compliance for a pioneering company. Gary’s expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to support quality-driven Data Network solutions in Data Centers, as well as hospitality/healthcare-focused systems, including access control, security, and fire alarm integration, has made him an industry leader in the telecommunications field over the last 20+ years. As a sought-after speaker, board advisor, and innovator, he advises clients, C-suite leaders,, and board members on strategies for harnessing technical innovation (machine learning, agentic systems, generative AI, robotics, and other transformational technologies) to reimagine their businesses from a first principles, forward-deployed engineering perspective to move with urgency to remain distinctive in the age of AI.
Paul is a former senior executive with Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Deloitte, UiPath, and Siemens Medical. With a unique blend of executive, entrepreneurial, technology and sales expertise, he brings a distinctive end-to-end perspective that enables companies and teams to thrive. This includes creating and leading high-performance industry GTM teams, creating and leading large-scale strategic $25M+ accounts, and driving large complex deals ($300M+). As a C-suite and board advisor, he establishes the vision for growth and then drives the complex cross-functional people, process and technology initiatives required to achieve the intended outcomes with urgency. This includes hands-on expertise in driving new revenue and improving sales effectiveness (internally and with partners), P&L oversight, and developing industry accelerator solutions and GTM playbooks that deliver competitive advantage for companies serving the life sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Paul was recently selected to be a Fellow in Singularity University’s A360 program, and is deeply connected to the MIT and Harvard AI ecosystems responsible for bringing the next generation of the AI economy to life.

Ronel Ruiz is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in low-voltage engineering and design. He brings extensive experience in project estimation, monitoring, and troubleshooting, successfully leading multidisciplinary initiatives across institutional and commercial sectors.
His technical proficiency spans Fiber and Copper Backbone, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, CATV, and AV solutions.
Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and results-driven leadership, Ronel plays a critical role in ensuring every project meets stringent compliance and regulatory requirements while remaining cost-efficient and operationally resilient. He brings a disciplined, systems-focused approach to project execution, balancing technical rigor with practical delivery to achieve reliable, repeatable performance.
Through the application of innovative engineering strategies, process optimization, and thoughtful risk management, Ronel consistently drives high standards across design, implementation, and commissioning.
